Delete Your Latice Account

You can permanently delete your Latice account — and the cloud data associated with it — directly inside the app at latice.com, on any device.

How to delete your account in the app

Open Latice and make sure you are signed in.
Go to Settings (gear icon on the home screen).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Read the confirmation, type DELETE, and tap Delete forever.
You may be asked to sign in again first — this is a standard security check before a permanent deletion.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account (Google or email link) — removed from our authentication system.
Your public profile, display name, and @handle — the handle is released so someone else can claim it.
Your cloud data — stats, rating, streaks, match history, replays, daily-challenge results, entitlement records, and push-notification tokens.
Your friends list.

What is not deleted

Local data on your device. Progress stored only in your browser stays until you clear the site's data or uninstall the app.
Shared multiplayer games and chats. Matches you played against other people remain part of their history too, so those shared records are not destroyed.
Aggregated analytics. Anonymous usage statistics that are not linked back to your account.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and we will delete it for you.
